A 25 tooth will fit with a jockey top.  
Will it fit with a ratchet top?

    Yes. a 25 tooth will fit with a ratchet.not sure if it will fit with a ratchet and an o ring chain though. 26 tooth is where you start running into fitment problems

    i run a 25 tooth on a ratchet top with an o-ring chain on my shovelhead. no problems.
