In the honing tank - '70 shovel cylinder to .002 clearance - then bead honed a nice 45 degree cross hatch - Cleaned with my new Safety Kleen solvent - blown dry - washed in hot soapy water - rinsed - blown dry again - WD'd the bore surface and now it's ready for HD high heat silver barrel paint. (do it twice - two cylinders) Dos Cylindras - Cinco de Mayo !Fun with Sunnen
