These old shovelhead motors are just badass. Their popularity is coming on strong. Unfortunately, this one had a history of "many different mechanic hands." Now it's much better . . .

Sorta makes my 68 look pretty rough. Did you paint the oil pump or just clean the poop out of it?
Painted: H-D Silver High Heat with a -78 part number. Available at your H-D dealer. They may have changed the part number recently? But, maybe they can cross reference.
