Yeah, they sold themselves to MAG (Motorcycle Aftermarket Group)like 3-4 years ago.
MAG owns a shitload of companys - PM, Progressive Susp., Vance&Hines, Kuryakyn, Mustang Seats, Renthal, Burley Brand, and they own Dragonfore Off-road for ATVs, pre-runners, and race cars. They used to own White Bros., too, not sure if they do anymore with Progressive Susp.
