Just me, my truck, my bike and my tent.  AMCA Viking Chapter - Minnesota Meet.  Hangin' with Bromie and Pole Cat.  Parts deliveries.  Then back home and work on ironheads . . . Ricky's motor comin' along just great.

Extreme popup pistons..Dual Plugged heads?? Do you ever put a crease in the piston domes for the flame front...I know, I'm just a motorhead..Answer if you're bored..

Standard issue S&S 1000cc stroker pistons. Yes, flame groove(I suppose it works) No dual plugs on this one. Actually, the domes look taller in the photo, they're about the same height as a 900 stock piston dome. It has V9 Andrews cams - other than that, pretty stock. Hopefully a good, solid running street ironhead "sleeper" - to tell everyone it's bone stock with a Super E carb. "Hey, it's always been a good runner, just a good one I guess?" (While you're pulling away from them)

Hey Noot, I saw this 61 on ebay in Iowa thats apparently set up as a drag bike. Thinking about bidding on it and bringing it over to Australia where i live. They just announced beach races like TROG that havent happened here since the 50's. for pre 63 bikes.
